Step 1 - Find a Spruce Grouse.
Step 2 - Dispatch the Spruce Grouse.
Step 3 - Lay the bird on it's back and
place your feet on the wings, next to the body.
Step 4 - Grab the legs and pull up,
firmly but steadily.
Step 5 - The guts and head will be
pulled though the body so that...
Step 6 - All that remains are the wings
and the breast.
Step 7 - Remove the wings, wash cook, and enjoy!
